 11) Safety Measures: Oleificio Cisano s.r.l.  adopts all appropriate measures to protect your data: it has adopted since its introduction the Programmatic Security Document (DPS), in compliance with the Italian law on Privacy, (D. Lgs. 196/2003), providing to update it by every 31  March of the following year.  It certifies that it uses protected servers, that only authorized personnel have access to it and that for any problem the managers required by the new legislation have been appointed.  In particular, the Data Processing Manager is the pro tempore legal representative.  With a view to continuously improving its physical, logical and procedural security measures, it introduced the Processing Register and the Breach Register (Data Breach) which will be updated over time in order to always guarantee protection congruent with the data collected, with a view to a "Privacy by Design" system that in the coming years will make security measures to defend the know-how and data that the company owns even more efficient.

 13) Email and SMS Analytics: Oleificio Cisano S.r.l.  uses a Newsletter system provided by the company airpim Srl appropriately appointed as external Data Processing Manager which consists of a professional platform to manage the sending of newsletters, email marketing campaigns, sms marketing, push and pull notifications on the  mobile app called People of Airpim in which there is the Museum Card of which OleificiO Cisano Srl  is the owner, with the aim of providing a better service to customers based on personalized information on his preferences.
