THERE IS DOP, AND THERE IS GARDA DOP

To be DOP, the oil must comply with a specification that regulates the stages of production from harvesting to certification. In addition, it must possess particular qualities related to the techniques used in the geographical area of origin. And what makes our Garda DOP special is precisely the uniqueness of the places of production: from the Venetian Riviera degli Olivi, passing through the morainic hills of Brescia, to Trentino, the northernmost latitude in the world where olive oil is produced.
