This precious vinegar, obtained exclusively from Bardolino wine with the traditional method and aging in oak barrels, takes on a refined bouquet and a pleasant fruity aftertaste.

Perfect for the preparation of marinating the exquisite zucchini alla scapece; you just have to boil it for 10 minutes in a saucepan with a few slices of garlic, then pour it on the  thinly sliced, fried, zucchini  seasoning with a couple of tablespoons of oil and a few fresh mint leaves.
