BLACK OLIVES IN BRINE

The black olives in brine, tasty and ready to use, are the ideal ingredient for many traditional Italian dishes.

Perfect for aperitifs, they add a delicious extra flavour to salads, sauces, fish and meat dishes.

Drain and rinse them from the brine, then add wedges of boiled potatoes, chickpeas, dried tomatoes, rosemary or fresh parsley, for a warm salad with Mediterranean aromas.
