DRESSING WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA BLUEBERRY

The blueberry dressing is the result of a wonderful combination of balsamic vinegar aged in oak barrels and blueberries. It has a brown colour and a sweet and pleasant blueberry aroma. It has a full flavour with a slight acidity that gives it lightness.

Recommended pairings: fruit salads, cakes, desserts, ice cream and yoghurt.
