RED PESTO SAUCE

Red pesto, a delightful variation of the most famous "Pesto di basilico", has dried tomatoes as the main ingredient, combined with fragrant and aromatic basil tips.

Ideal for seasoning pasta, for accompanying croutons, bruschetta and boiled meat.

Try it for enriching homemade breadsticks, just spread a thin layer on a square of puff pastry cut into strips, then turn each strip on itself to get the classic spiral shape. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
